Care Instructions

Care depends on the materials and construction of your piece. Check its product details before choosing a cleaning method.

Pearl jewellery

• After wear, gently wipe pearls with a very soft, clean cloth.
• Keep pearl pieces separate from harder jewellery to help prevent scratches.
• Put pearls on after applying perfume, cosmetics and hairspray, and keep them away from harsh chemicals and high heat.
• Do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners on pearls.

These general pearl-care points follow the GIA Pearl Care and Cleaning Guide. They do not establish the material or treatment of a particular AnSes piece.

Mixed materials and other pieces

A piece may combine stones, pearls, metal, thread or other components. A cleaning method suitable for one component may not suit the whole piece. If its care instructions are unclear, contact support@anses-and-co.com before using liquids or jewellery cleaners.
