AnSes & Co. ships to selected destinations where a reliable tracked service is available. Delivery availability, rates and estimates are confirmed for your address at checkout.
Orders may be fulfilled from Singapore or through an approved international fulfilment partner, depending on the product. The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after order processing. Tracking is provided when the parcel is dispatched.
International delivery is available only to supported destinations and product routes. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on your destination and the selected delivery route. These charges are not included unless checkout explicitly states that duties are prepaid.
Some remote areas may have limited service, a higher delivery charge or no available route. We currently do not ship to military or special postal addresses, including APO, FPO, DPO and BFPO addresses. Please use a standard residential or commercial delivery address.
Please check your delivery address before completing payment. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer address may be charged before reshipment.
Customs processing, severe weather and carrier disruption can occasionally extend delivery. We will use the available tracking and fulfilment evidence to assist with a materially delayed parcel.
If we send an incorrect, damaged or defective item, AnSes & Co. will cover the approved replacement delivery cost in line with our refund policy.
