At AnSes & Co., each pearl is selected and crafted with care. To maintain our quality standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or non-defective items.
We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility:

Product must be unused, unworn, uncustomized, in its original condition and packaging.

Must be reported with photos within 7 days of receipt.

No exchanges for sale items, promotional pieces, customized products, adjusted ring sizes, or loose pearls.
Process:

Email support@anses-and-co.com with order number and photos.

If approved, ship the item back using a tracked service.

We’ll process the exchange within 5 business days after receipt.
