Returns & Refund Policy

At AnSes & Co., each pearl is selected and crafted with care. To maintain our quality standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or non-defective items.

We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products, reported within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, uncustomized, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Must be reported with photos within 7 days of receipt.

  • No exchanges for sale items, promotional pieces, customized products, adjusted ring sizes, or loose pearls.

Process:

  1. Email support@anses-and-co.com with order number and photos.

  2. If approved, ship the item back using a tracked service.

  3. We’ll process the exchange within 5 business days after receipt.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds under any circumstance.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels — please use tracked and insured shipping.
